Maddie Collins fundraising concert

Leopard Coachlines Canterbury Brass is honoured to be performing at a dinner and debate event fundraising in aid of Maddie Collins, a courageous Canterbury teen who is waiting for a desperately needed kidney transplant (Maddie Collins Stuff article). The need for a new kidney has also put enormous pressure on her heart, and so Maddie is travelling to the US for treatment. Her support team is working hard to raise funds to support Maddie and her family at this difficult time.

A three-course dinner, debate, and auction event is taking place on Thursday 27th July, from 5.30pm at the Addington Events Centre. Tickets start from $85 for an individual, up to $1200 for a table of 10 including one of the special celebrity guests (celebrity guests are: Gary McCormack, Blair Strang, Shane Cortese, Andrew Mehrtens, and Tim Shadbolt). The debate moot “Should Tim Shadbolt be PM of New Zealand?” is sure to be entertaining, as will the band’s performance from 5.30-6.30pm.
